Start of Activities at the “Venerini” Youth Center for the 2024-2025 School Year!
The “Venerini” Youth Center is like a little nest for young children, providing a safe environment away from addictions and different threats, until they get the necessary skills and are ready to break free and fly independently into the future.
We have started with our planned activities for 10 months (September-June), offering exceptional opportunities for children from the village of Gjadër and nearby ones.
With transportation provided, we welcome children to explore their passions and develop their talents through a rich and inclusive program. Our center offers a wide range of activities that support education, development, and entertainment for children:
- After-School Program
Assisting students in consolidating lessons and doing homework. - Foreign Language Courses
English, Italian, and German – providing opportunities to communicate with people from different countries, gain a broader perspective of the world, and enhance future educational and career prospects. - Mathematics Course
Deepening logical reasoning and critical thinking skills among students. - Musical Instruments’ Courses
Piano, violin, guitar, and drums – helping children express their musical talents. - Sports Courses to promote:
- Physical skill development
- An active and healthy lifestyle, as well as socialization with peers.
- Art Course
Developing artistic and creative skills, helping children express their ideas and feelings through visual art by consolidating:
- Artistic techniques
- Personal expression
- The ability to observe and interpret the world around them in a deeper way.
- Dance Course
- Motor skill development by improving coordination, balance, and flexibility.
- Artistic expression, providing the opportunity to convey emotions and ideas through movement and rhythm.
- Building self-confidence.
- Socialization, fostering cooperation and creating relationships with others.
- Training Sessions
Cultivating human values and personal development. These sessions aim to create a space for reflection, idea exchange, and continuous improvement through discussions, contributing to the personal growth of participants. - Educational and Fun Games
Creating a dynamic atmosphere that combines fun with learning, helping children develop various skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration.
