During the winter season, the girls together with the staff of Shtëpia Rozalba, under the guidance of pastry chef Roland Paloka, carried out a special initiative: the preparation and sale of artisanal panettone, made with great dedication and love.
Around 300 artisanal panettoni were prepared and sold, thanks to the extraordinary support of our community. Every purchase was more than just a festive dessert — it was a concrete contribution to our cause and activities.
This initiative was a true testament to teamwork, commitment, and the strength a community has when it comes together for a meaningful purpose.
